I’m Sam, a certified Pilates instructor, former corporate professional, and mom of two who believes movement should support your life, not compete with it.

After years in high-pressure work environments and navigating motherhood, burnout, and recovery, Pilates became more than a workout for me — it became a way to reconnect with my body, rebuild strength, and create space for myself again. That experience is what shapes the way I teach today.

My approach to Pilates is intentional, empowering, and deeply personal. I specialize in private reformer sessions designed to meet women exactly where they are — whether they’re new to movement, returning after pregnancy, managing pain, or simply craving a quieter, more focused experience.

This is Pilates without the pressure, comparison, or chaos. Just thoughtful movement, real progress, and support that feels human.
