Move, connect, and make memories together. Join us for Mini + Me Pilates, a welcoming event designed for parents and their little ones. This 35-minute Pilates class is prenatal and postnatal friendly and gives you the opportunity to prioritize your own movement while your child stays right by your side. Whether they're playing on the mat, exploring movement, or simply being themselves, they're part of the experience. After class, stay awhile and enjoy time connecting with other local parents while the little ones play. Samantha will have toys available for the children, and we'll have post-class refreshments for everyone to enjoy.
